"Ben Rodriguez is the Director of College and Career Readiness at Community High School District 128. In his role, he leads efforts related to career exploration, work-based learning, postsecondary planning, early college programming, community engagement, and more.
Through the collaboration of his excellent colleagues, the district has built and implemented a career exploration framework, two College and Career Pathway Endorsements, a community partner network, a local PaCE framework, systematic dual credit programming, doubled the number of dual credit opportunities, and more since the fall of 2023.
He has previous experience as an assistant principal, district coordinator, instructional digital age learning (iDAL) coach, and classroom teacher of social studies, English, and Career and Technical Education (CTE). He holds a bachelor's degree in history and secondary education, a master's degree in educational technology, and a master's degree in educational leadership. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership.
