Katie Bye serves as the Director of Member Engagement at SkillsUSA Illinois, where she leads efforts to inspire and support over 15,000 members in career and technical education (CTE) across the state. With a strong focus on member engagement, she oversees the development and implementation of educational programs, professional development opportunities, and statewide events that align with the organization's mission to prepare students for skilled careers. Katie is dedicated to fostering connections among students, educators, and industry professionals through innovative programming and chapter initiatives.
