About me
Currently leading a community collaborative of business, higher ed, and K-12 partners to architect a work-based learning hub in the Greater Peoria Area. Kevin brings skills as an experienced leader, senior advisor, and project manager for local, regional, state, and national initiatives. Empowering organizations through relationships and equity, Kevin is called upon to connect front line staff needs to C suite strategic plans. Braiding multiple points of view, and working to enhance team dynamics, he believes that solutions come from within through professional development and systems adjustments. Kevin's experience includes work within the sectors of clinical, social services, K-12 education, non-profit and for-profit businesses; and he considers himself a disruptor of ineffective patterns (intrapreneurship).
