About me
Kimberly Clayton-Code, PhD is a professor in the College of Education at Northern Kentucky University, where she teaches courses in gifted and talented education and educational foundations. A passionate educator and curriculum designer, she has authored nationally recognized, award-winning programs, including Entrepreneurs in Kentucky and Pathways to Home Ownership. Kimberly also develops leadership curricula and organizes conferences for Young Women LEAD, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering teen girls.
With degrees from the University of Louisville, Northern Kentucky University, and Purdue University, Kimberly brings a wealth of expertise and innovation to her work. She is committed to creating transformative learning experiences that inspire students and promote equity and excellence in education. Through her teaching, curriculum development, and community engagement, Kimberly strives to prepare the next generation of leaders to make a positive and lasting impact on their communities.
