About me
"Kathy Wight is the Director of Career and Technical Education for the Regional Office of Education #33 and Delabar CTE System EFE #280. Kathy taught business for 15 years to middle/high school students and 5 years at the local community college. Currently, she leads the CTE Department serving 8 rural districts. She has a passion for helping students navigate career pathways, giving them experiences, and becoming college and career ready.
Brittany Stegall is the Assistant Director of the Career and Technical Education department and Head Licensure Officer for the Regional Office of Education #33 and Delabar CTE System EFE #280. Brittany enjoys bringing creativity and innovation to her role and is always looking for ways to provide new career exploration opportunities not only to high school students but to the middle and elementary school levels as well.
Emily Smith is the Administrative Assistant for the Career and Technical Education department and the Health Life Safety Officer at ROE #33. She came to the ROE from upstate New York with a background in business management. Emily creates and distributes a monthly CTE Newsletter to all of the districts and local industry partners. She is also designing a new website for the CTE Department. "
